Travelher Subscription Box Membership Terms and Conditions
This document covers the terms and conditions for a box subscription membership with Travelher, including payment plans, renewal, pausing, and cancellation terms. Please refer to the payment plan you are considering enrolling in to ensure you fully understand all the important and relevant information regarding the Membership and Payment Plans.
Memberships will automatically renew in accordance with the Payment Plan chosen upon sign-up. The fee will be automatically charged to your credit card at the indicated time allotment covered below, under each Payment Plan, including the Quarterly Payment Plan, the Bi-Annual Payment Plan and the Annual Payment Plan.
By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions in accordance with your chosen Payment Plan.
1. Quarterly Payment Plan Terms and Conditions. A Quarterly Payment Plan (with payments made four times a year) entitles you to the relevant seasonal box subject to the sign-up date, and another box every season thereafter. You will be charged USD$99 as a non-refundable minimum purchase, which entitles you to your first box delivery. Then on or about the 15th of every 3rd month (every quarter, depending on your sign-up date), you will be billed USD$99 for your continued Membership, and the new seasonal box shipment. Each box will contain at least seven travel-related items across six categories unless otherwise advised. The fee includes shipping unless otherwise stated. Tax charges are subject to the terms of the country and territory from which you are bound.

Your Travelher Subscription Box Quarterly Payment Plan is for a continuous membership covering four seasons each year and is billed as such (every three months). A charge in the amount of USD$99 including shipping unless otherwise stated, plus taxes if applicable will be automatically billed to your credit card each quarter (every three months/every season). Unless you pause your membership (in accordance to the Pause Terms set out below, or cancel (in accordance to the Cancellation Terms set out below), you will continue to be charged as indicated above.
2. Bi-Annual Payment Plan Terms and Conditions. A Bi-Annual Payment Plan (with payments made two times a year) entitles you to two successive seasonal boxes subject to the sign-up date, and another two successive seasonal boxes thereafter. You will be charged USD$169 as a non-refundable minimum purchase, which entitles you to your first box delivery and the following box delivery, three months later. Then on or about the 15th of every 6th month (depending on your sign-up date), you will be billed USD$169 for your continued Membership. Each box will contain at least seven travel-related items across six categories unless otherwise advised. The fee includes shipping unless otherwise stated. Tax charges are subject to the terms of the country and territory from which you are bound.
Your Travelher Subscription Box Bi-Annual Payment Plan is for a continuous membership covering four seasons each year and is billed twice a year (every six months). A charge in the amount of USD$169 including shipping unless otherwise stated, plus taxes if applicable will be automatically billed to your credit card each half-year (every six months/every two seasons). Unless you pause your membership (in accordance to the Pause Terms set out below, or cancel (in accordance to the Cancellation Terms set out below), you will continue to be charged as indicated above.
3. Annual Payment Plan Terms and Conditions. An Annual Payment Plan (with payments made once a year) entitles you to four successive seasonal boxes subject to the sign-up date. You will be charged USD$299 as a non-refundable minimum purchase, which entitles you to your first four boxes, delivered every three months/season. Then on or about the anniversary of your sign-up date, you will be billed USD$299 for your continued Membership. Each box will contain at least seven travel-related items across six categories unless otherwise advised. The fee includes shipping unless otherwise stated. Tax charges are subject to the terms of the country and territory from which you are bound.
Your Travelher Subscription Box Annual Payment Plan is for a continuous membership covering four seasons each year and is billed once a year (every four seasons). A charge in the amount of USD$299 including shipping unless otherwise stated, plus taxes if applicable will be automatically billed to your credit card each year (every four seasons) on or about the anniversary of your sign-up date. Unless you pause your membership (in accordance to the Pause Terms set out below, or cancel (in accordance to the Cancellation Terms set out below), you will continue to be charged as indicated above.
4. Terms and conditions for the Pause option.
Pauses must be confirmed prior to the billing date of the relevant Payment Plan for Membership Renewal.
- For Quarterly Payment Plans, this means that you can pause your membership for 3 months if you make the request before the billing date for the next Quarter. This will be upon receipt of the current seasonal box and prior to the payment for the next seasonal box (the first of March, June, Sept, or December). A pause cannot be granted past the seasonal cut off dates.
- For Bi-Annual Payment Plans, this means that you can pause your membership for either 1 month or 2 months prior to the billing date for the next half-year period, which will be upon receipt of your first two seasonal boxes and at least a month prior to the next seasonal box. A pause cannot be granted past the billing date.
- For Annual Payment Plans, this means that you can pause your membership for either 1 month or 2 months prior to the billing date for the next annual period, which will be upon receipt of first four seasonal boxes and at least a month prior to the shipment of the next seasonal box. A pause cannot be granted past the seasonal box.
Cancelling your membership, regardless of your chosen Payment Plan, does not entitle you to a refund for any payments already made - processed or pending. Cancellation occurs for the following billing cycle.
Cancellations must be confirmed prior to the billing date of the relevant Payment Plan for Membership renewal.
- For Quarterly Payment Plans, this means that you must cancel your membership before the billing date for the next Quarter. This will be upon receipt of your first seasonal box and at least a month prior to the shipment of the next seasonal box. Cancellations will not be accepted after the billing date and will take effect on the next billing cycle.
- For Bi-Annual Payment Plans, this means that you must cancel your membership prior to the billing date for the next half-year period, which will be upon receipt of your first two seasonal boxes and at least a month prior to the shipment of the next seasonal box. Cancellations will not be accepted after the billing date and will take effect on the next billing cycle.
- For Annual Payment Plans, this means that you must cancel prior to the billing date for the next annual period, which will be upon receipt of your first four seasonal boxes and at least a month prior to the shipment of the next seasonal box. Cancellations will not be accepted after the billing date and will take effect for the next billing cycle.
- Log in to your Travelher subscription account.
- Click on the Subscriptions Tab.
- Scroll down to Subscription Settings and click on the link.
- Choose “Cancel my subscription.”
6. Change of Address Terms and Conditions. Members may change their delivery address at any time, in accordance with the relevant billing cycles and delivery timeframes, as listed here.
7. Shipping and Handling and Taxes. Travelher does not cover irregular or excessive shipping charges (in excess of USD$40), excess fees for customs, duties, excise, federal, state, local or any taxes. The customer is responsible for any such payments related to the purchase of a Travelher Box Subscription. We have the right to collect such payments from you related to your purchase. Should this matter arise, we will contact you directly.
8. Data Transfers. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors and other trusted service providers.
